The 2021 International Conference on Cyber-physical Social Intelligence (CSI) will be a fully virtual conference scheduled for Dec. 18-20, 2021. The conference provides an international forum for researchers and practitioners to share innovative technical and scientific developments, findings, and visions in all aspects of machine intelligence, human intelligence, and cyber-physical-social intelligence rendered by various interactions in cyberspace, physical space, and social space. Advances in those fields are of significant importance towards inclusive, sustainable, and resilient future for people and planet. 2021 ICCSI will feature plenary speeches, special sessions, workshops, interactive sessions and poster sessions related to the topics of the conference, including but not limited to CSI theory, technologies, engineering, applications, education, ethics, and visions.

Due to the current status of the COVID-19 pandemic, we regret to inform you that ICCSI 2021, scheduled for Dec. 18-20, 2021, will be a fully virtual conference (the participation of all contributors will be by synchronous online video-conference).

Selective conference papers will be recommended to the special issue on "Behavioral Modelling, Learning and Adaptation in Cyber-physical Social Intelligence" for TCSS.
