Registration is now open!

  1. Each paper (full or presentation-only) require at least one full registration.
  2. Virtual registration fees only apply to authors outside of mainland china who cannot travel to Nanjing due to the pandemic.
  3. The same author who has paid in-person full registration fees can register one additional paper for an extra of $300 USD.
  4. A in-person full registration includes:
    • a one-year complementary professional membership of AGIST
    • attendance at ICCSI 2022 conference and admission to all sessions-Sat, Sun and Mon
    • attendance at Half Day Tutorial/Workshop-Fri
    • conference package
    • 4 lunches-Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon
    • 3 dinners-Fri, Sat, Sun
    • coffee breaks
  5. A virtual full registration includes:
    • attendance at ICCSI 2022 conference and admission to all sessions-Sat, Sun and Mon
    • attendance at Half Day Tutorial/Workshop-Fri
  6. To get the member discount for registration, you must login with your AGIST membership number and registered email.
  7. One-day pass gives particpants the access to all sessions on a specific conference date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is possible until 31th August, 2022 with an administrative cost of $100.

 
Registration Process

1. If you are an AGIST member, please log in first to get the member discount for your registration.

2. If you would like to join AGIST, please register the membership first and then log in to get the member discount for the conference registration.

3. Fill in the registration form at the bottom of the registration page.

4. please click the "PayPal Checkout" button and complete your transaction through the PayPal prompt.

5. Our system requires a full (non-student) registration for each paper. If you are a student and need registration paper. Please select full registration.

Note: If you are updating an existing registration, you must have discussed the update with conference staff before doing so, and you must manually enter the price difference.



1If you have multiple papers, enter each ID seperated by a comma (e.g. "1, 15").
The payment buttons will appear once all information is filled out. Please verify that all your information is correct before submitting. If you are paying by paypal or card, click the paypal button and complete your transaction. Once your payment has been verified, you will receive a registration confirmation email from the conference organizers to confirm your registration.
