Visa and Invitation Letter

International participants who plan to attend The 2026 International Conference on Cyber-Physical Social Intelligence (CPSI 2026) in UK may require a visa. To assist with the visa application process, the Organizing Committee is pleased to provide official Invitation Letters to registered participants.

Purpose of the Invitation Letter

The Invitation Letter serves as an official confirmation of your participation in CPSI 2026, intended to support your visa application. Please note:

• The letter is for visa purposes only.
• It does not imply any financial support from the Organizing Committee.
• It does not guarantee visa approval. All visa decisions are made by the relevant authorities of UK.

Eligibility

• Invitation letters will be issued only to participants who have completed registration and paid the registration fee in full.
• Each request must include accurate personal details (as shown on your passport).

How to Request an Invitation Letter for Visa Application
