Camera-ready Paper Submission Procedure

All final papers must follow the formatting outlined in the Manuscript Templates for IEEE Conference Proceedings, must be in PDF format, must be certified in IEEE eXpress BEFORE submission, and must fulfill the following requirements.

• All papers should contain the IEEE copyright notice in the footer on the first page. Copyright notices are as follows:
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is:
    • U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:
    • 978-1-6654-2621-3/21/$31.00 © 2021 Crown
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is:
    • 978-1-6654-2621-3/21/$31.00 © 2021 European Union
  • For all other papers, the copyright notice is:
    • 978-1-6654-2621-3/21/$31.00 © 2021 IEEE

• Authors must sign the IEEE copyright agreement handled through EasyChair. To do so:

1. Log in to your EasyChair account.
2. On the top bar, click "Alerts".
3. Under "Alerts", click on the magnifying glass "view" icon next to the alert for "IEEE copyright agreement for paper <YOUR PAPER TITLE>".
4. Click "Sign IEEE Copyright Form" and follow on-screen instructions to complete your copyright form.

• To certify your paper with IEEE eXpress:

1. If you do not already have an IEEE eXpress account, navigate to https://ieee-pdf-express.org and click Create account. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the account creation process.
2. In the Conference ID field, enter 53130X. Enter your information and create an account.
3. After some time, you will receive an account verification e-mail from IEEE eXpress. Follow instructions given to complete the account creation process. If you do not, check your spam message box or contact IEEE eXpress for support.
4. Once your account creation process is complete, log in to your account and click Dashboard on the left side.
5. Under Dashboard, click Create New Title. Enter your paper's title and upload the final PDF of your paper. Once the upload and analysis have finished, you will receive a confirmation email from IEEE PDF eXpress with your certified PDF.
6. Very important !! Forward the IEEE PDF eXpress confirmation email to iccsi2021@agist.org with the subject line as "CSI-2021 paper #<YOUR PAPER ID> FW: IEEE PDF eXpress Site Services: New PDF is ready". Failure to do so will result in the exclusion of your paper from the conference proceeding.

Note: All accepted regular papers for inclusion into IEEE Xplore are subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's score and quality requirements and will be EI indexed.
