Tutorial Summary

In recent years, the transportation industry has been undergoing unprecedented changes, and artificial intelligence (AI) technology, as a powerful tool, is bringing new opportunities and challenges to the industry. This conference aims to focus on the field of intelligent transportation and explore the applications and development trends of AI technology in future transportation systems. The topics covered include human-machine hybrid intelligent algorithms, navigation and positioning, automatic control, situational awareness, and other key areas, with a particular emphasis on the applications of unmanned systems. We have invited experts and scholars from academia and industry to share their latest research findings and practical experiences, promoting academic exchange and industry collaboration. This conference will provide participants with a platform to understand the latest advancements in intelligent transportation, discuss future directions, foster innovative applications of AI technology in transportation, and promote the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of transportation systems.

Ce Li, Lanzhou University of Technology

Ce Li

Presentation Topic: Hybrid Human-machine Visual Attention

Ce Li is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Electrical Engineering and Information Engineering, Lanzhou University of Technology. In addition, he holds the position of deputy secretary-general at the hybrid intelligent committee of the Chinese Association of Automation, is a member of the Gansu province intellectual cooperation association, and has been recognized as a distinguished teacher in innovation and entrepreneurship education at higher education institutions in Gansu Province. His research primarily focuses on computer vision, hybrid intelligent systems, and robotics. He has successfully guided three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and has published over 80 papers in reputable international journals and conferences, including TNNLS, TIP, and CVPR. Furthermore, he has been granted more than 10 invention patents and nearly 20 software copyrights. He has actively participated in project evaluations, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Key R&D Programs under the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Yisheng Lv, Chinese Academy of Sciences

Presentation Topic: Data-driven Intelligent Prediction and Control of Traffic System

Yisheng Lv is currently a Professor received his Ph.D. degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering from with the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include AI for transportation, autonomous driving, and parallel transportation systems. He received 8 journal/conference best paper awards including the 2018 George N. Saridis Best Transactions Paper Award of IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems. He currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Magazine, an associate editor of the IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, and editorial board members of Acta Automatica Sinica and Chinese Journal of Intelligent Science and Technology.

Lanyong Zhang, Harbin Engineering University

Presentation Topic: An Overview of Intelligent Control Technology for Underwater Unmanned Cluster

Lanyong Zhang was born in Baoding,Hebei, P.R. China, in 1983. He received the Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from Harbin Engineering University, P.R. China. In 2014, he went to Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Germany, and KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden for academic exchanges. From 2016 to 2017, he was a visiting scholar at Imperial College London, and from 2019 to 2021, he went to Thailand and Japan for academic exchanges. Heilongjiang Youth Teaching Teacher. He is currently a professor at Harbin Engineering University and director of the Institute of Intelligent Information Processing and Control Engineering. He mainly engaged in research related to underwater target recognition and swarm intelligent control. He is the deputy director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Ship and Ocean Control Engineering Laboratory, the deputy director of the Ship Control Engineering Research Center of the Ministry of Education, and the director of the Expert Committee of the Heilongjiang Robot Movement Association. He is the member of Youth Working Committee of Chinese Association of Automation, member of the Cloud Control and Decision-Making Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Command and Control, member of the Academic Committee of Ship Instrumentation, Chinese Society of Naval Architecture, member of Heilongjiang Association of Young Scientific and Technological Workers, invited experts of China Science and Technology Paper Online.
He is the project director for the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Defense Foundation of Product Innovation Project, foundation Projects of Heilongjiang, project supported by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, Doctoral Programs Fund of the Ministry of Education, Heilongjiang Provincial Government Postdoctoral Funding Project, foundation Projects of Harbin. As the technical director, he is responsible for the National Science and Technology Support Plan, Naval Pre-Research and Defense Technology Foundation Projects. He wrote 4 monographs, granted 19 patents for invention, and published 74 academic papers, including 55 SCI/EI retrieves. He has won first prize of Heilongjiang for Technological Invention, second prize of Heilongjiang for Natural Science, second prize of Heilongjiang for Technological Invention and twice third prize of National Defense Technological Invention.

Enwen Hu, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications

Presentation Topic: Cooperative positioning technology of UAV cluster

Enwen Hu received the Ph.D. degree in electronic science and technology from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, P.R. China. He mainly engaged in research on key technologies and theoretical methods of UAV swarm collaborative positioning, visual SLAM, Beidou + 5G indoor and outdoor seamless positioning, etc. He is the project director for the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key R&D Plan, and the National Defense Key Laboratory funds, Beidou major projects, etc. He granted more than 30 invention patents and published more than 10 SCI papers. He has won the special prize of the Satellite Navigation and Positioning Science and Technology Progress Award and the first prize of the China Safety Production Association Safety Science and Technology Progress Award.
